How To Use A Media Calendar

Newspapers and magazines are always working two to six months ahead on special projects. For example: Every June they may have a bridal section to sell advertising to businesses that deal with the wedding industry. In the Spring it may be home improvement.

The point is that most will have a media calendar available that you can study and look for opportunities to increase your business by placing ads or making news that coincide with the special section.
