How To Use Direct Mail To Upsell

When a customer buys your product by direct mail be sure to include your catalog or some other special offer that expires soon (usually in two to four weeks).

This is an excellent way to promote add on items or attachments to the original product. For example: A customer buys a new keyboard...in the package is a coupon good for 25% off on a matching mouse.
