Sell With Sound
by Tom Egelhoff
Chances are you have probably listened to an audio tape in your car sometime within the past six months. When is comes to business information, people seem to enjoy learning by listening to the human voice as opposed to reading a report or brochure.
Consider sending customers an audio tape from time to time outlining new services or products. If you advertise on a local radio station ask for their help in creating the master tape. Make it entertaining. Use sound effects when possible.
Add a verbal coupon at the end. "Mention this tape and receive (a gift or discount) on your next visit (or order).
Sounds good to me.
