When You Call,
Respect Customers Time
by Tom Egelhoff

Mark Twain once said that the most valuable item was real estate because they aren't making any more. I would respectfully disagree that the most important item is time. Even though they make a new 24 hours every day.

Your use of your time is very important to your business. You don't want to waste any of it. Time is money someone once said.

When you call a customer, ask them if they have time to speak to you now. If not, arrange a better time to call back and do it. You will have a better chance of getting your message across if you have shown respect for your customers time.
