My wife will tell you that I'm one of those people who hates to shop for anything. Spending a lot of my life in sales I can't help but evaluate sales peoples performance as they try to discover what I want.
But, one of the most frustrating things for me, as a shopper, is not being able to tell the employees from the customers.
You don't have to go to the expense of uniforms but name badges would be helpful. I don't want to be attacked as soon as I enter a business but I do want to be able to find someone quickly if I have a question or are ready to make a purchase.
