Tell Your Customers How
You've Helped Them
by Tom Egelhoff
Sometimes the cost of your services becomes a concern to the customer. We all want value for the dollars we spend. When the customer finally gets your bill, do they go into "sticker shock" when they see the total?
You can defuse this situation by adding as much detail to the bill as possible. Show your customer where you saved them money. Show them comparisons of inferior products with the quality you used.
Show them the value of what they are buying and collections will be a much more pleasant experience.
